Living in a new home can be stressful, that’s why it is so beneficial to know that you are working with professionals. Below are some of the most frequently asked questions to help you get started with the essentials.
All of our leases give a 4 day grace period before a late fee is incurred. This means that if rent is due on the 1st, then the late fee will be charged on the 5th of the month. The late fee is calculated as 5% of your monthly rent.
Unfortunately, Fair Housing laws require that all residents are treated equally. This means that we are unable to give preferential treatment to someone by waiving this fee.
Payments are accepted via e-check from a checking/savings account or from a debit/credit card. You are able to use your personal portal to make one-time payments or setup automatic withdraws.
The online portal is the best way to submit any maintenance requests.
If the repairs/maintenance are determined to be natural wear & tear then the owner is responsible for the repairs. Otherwise, if a resident damage or neglect caused the need for repairs/maintenance then they will be responsible.
